Go-getters is a group of mostly retired (AKA Senior) women who go out to lunch each month. This is a wonderful opportunity for women (often new to our area) to have a social gathering with others from
St. Mark Presbyterian Church. Last week our Go-Getters Group went to
Wine Country Gardens in Defiance, MO for lunch.
We sat inside although there was plenty of outside seating over-looking the Missouri River Valley.
Whereas many places in this region started out as wineries and added lunch, this place started as a nursery, adding lunch and wine. Sadly, the photographer had a problem with her camera, so there aren't any more photos, but
