Broccoli Salad

Although Midweek Dinners at St. Mark Presbyterian are over for the season, here is a recipe for one of our favorites.

Broccoli Salad

1 bunch broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 package bacon, fried and diced
1 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. yellow raisins
1 red onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
2 T. vinegar

Combine first five ingredients in large bowl.  Mix last three ingredients together and pour into bowl.  Mix well.

Genesis 1:29-30  Then God said, "Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed; it shall be food for you; and to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to every thing that moves on the earth which has life, I have given every green plant for food"; and it was so.
