Guide

View out doors at St. Mark Presbyterian Dec. 2013

Psalm 25:5New International Version (NIV)

Guide me in your truth and teach me,
for you are God my Savior,
and my hope is in you all day long.

Blue Christmas Tonight

The constant refrain about family togetherness, joyful gathering, celebration, giving, affluence and holiday cheer reminds many people of what they have lost or have never had…broken relationships, grief, unemployment, ill health, isolation can make us feel alone in the midst of the celebrating and spending. We need the space and time to acknowledge our sadness and concern; we need to know that we are not alone.

Come join us in sharing and hearing prayers, scripture and music that acknowledge that God’s presence is for those who struggle and God’s Word comes to shine light into our darkness. The short service will be followed by a brief time for light refreshments and fellowship.  Tonight 6:15 in Fellowship Hall.
