Recipe for 6 Souffles served at Daughters of God Luncheon |
-Butter Cupcake tins
Mix: 4 eggs whisked
1/2 c. chopped spinach
1/4 c. ham
1/2 c. feta cheese
1/4 c. cream
sea salt and pepper
Set aside
-Cut one sheet of puff pastry into 6 rectangles
-Position each pastry in cupcake tins
-Pour egg mixture into cups
-Fold corners to the center
-Top with a few tomatoes
-Bake 18-20 minutes
