70 years ago, this month, Mr. And Mrs. Hugo Wurdack bequeathed a special space be a center of Christian Education. It is situated along the Meramec River, about 100 miles southwest of St. Louis.

We know and love it as Mound Ridge! With this lovely memory, the board of directors and staff announce the "Moving Up the Hill" plan. This means more facilities for families, groups, and individuals to be able to relax, refresh, and reconnect in the midst of God’s creation of abundant natural beauty. In a letter, they wrote:
Since COVID-19 has prevented us from holding our anniversary party, we are asking that in lieu of travel and meal expenses, donations could be given to Mound Ridge. Your donations will go toward the sustainability of Mound Ridge and help us further this goal of moving up the hill! We wish we could see you instead, but appreciate all donations.
