St. Mark Lent Water Challenge

We met the Challenge! 2020 was the third year for the St. Mark Lent Water Challenge. The congregation was encouraged to drink only clean tap water for the 40 days of Lent and to donate the money that would have spent on beverages toward the construction of clean water wells in Africa by Marion Medical Mission. Over $2,500 was donated during this year’s challenge which translates to FIVE complete wells and the supplies for a sixth well. https://www.mmmwater.org/
