Presbyterian Women Annual Brunch




"Don't Wait for Pigs to Fly"was the theme of this year's brunch for the women at St. Mark Presbyterian. All of the women were called, the skit was ready, the food was prepared, the tables were decorated when. . . .
There was a water main break across the street!  But the show went on!




With good fellowship mimosas, croissants, cupcakes and salad, we had a great time.

Chef Piggolo's Favorite Salad

4 cups cooked chicken, cut into small cubes/pieces
Romaine
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Cucumbers, thinly sliced
Green onions, sliced
Pineapple chunks
Pecans
Shredded coconut

Sauce:
1/4 cup mayo
1 cup whipping cream
1 1/2 teaspoon curry
   Blend all until smooth.
