God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
Eternal God, our beginning and our end, be our starting point and our haven, and accompany us in this day's journey. Use our hands to do the work of your creation, and use our lives to bring others the new life you give this world, in Jesus Christ, Redeemer of all (insert your own prayer) Amen.
Go in peace to love and serve the Lord, rejoicing in the power of the Holy Spirit.
