MLK Day of Service

“Like good stewards of the manifold grace of God, serve one another with whatever gift each of you has received.” 1 Peter 4:10 Christ calls us to serve others. This week let us make a concerted effort to reclaim and refocus on Christs’ call for us to minister to the world by serving others in the ways we are able. Consider how might you serve this week.

About MLK Day of Service

Americans across the country are volunteering both virtually and in-person on MLK Day. Are you ready to serve? Making time to volunteer for the MLK Day of Service is a great way to engage with your community while honoring the legacy of Dr. King. Whether you plan on grabbing a paintbrush, mentoring a young person, or helping to clean up a public space in the next few days, know that what you do makes a world of difference. The upcoming events are an opportunity to re-commit ourselves as citizens by volunteering in service to one another.
