Our 50th Anniversary Committee began working on our celebration 16 months ago.
We have re-written a history book, had articles in the newsletter, created programs, made posters, collected recipes, arranged for a hymn to be written, planned a meal, decorated the church, cut out place mats, sold tickets, made Christmas ornaments, designed T-shirts, sent out invitations, interviewed Charter members, arranged to honor three of our earliest pastors with emeritus status.
And on May 26-27, we will enjoy all of our planning at
St. Mark Presbyterian. On Saturday we will have a pot-luck at 5:00 and a program at 6:30 PM. Sunday will begin with worship at 9:30 AM, followed by another celebration which will include bagpipes and a clipping.
