Jubilee Party Part I

Saturday, St. Mark Presbyterian, was bustling with members setting up for the 50th Anniversary Potluck and Program to be held that evening.
The decorating committee had been busy for weeks with decorations and cutting out circle place mats.

We knew serving over 350 for a potluck would be difficult, so by having the tables pre-set with silverware and place mats, we carved off a few minutes.
By 4:30, people were beginning to arrive with their dishes which we placed on long tables down the center of Gleason Hall.

We had two tables set up in the Narthex to take tickets, hand out cookbook and sell the remaining history books.
Two of our 50th Anniversary Committee leaders are ready for the party to begin.
We let our guests sit down before dinner began.  Then, tables were called up one by one to fill their plates with dinner.
