The Crop Walk will be held at Eden Seminary starting at 1:30 pm October 11.
The St. Mark Presbyterian Youth will be participating in the walk to help create awareness of hunger not only globally, but in our community. One in every FIVE children under the age of 18 in the USA does not know where their next meal is coming from. That’s 20%. And if that number is not staggering, there are over 51 MILLION children under the age of FIVE globally who are severely malnourished.
You can help in a couple of ways. Walk with the Youth on October 11. If that is not a possibility, contribute to the CROP Walk, or sponsor a student. Their goal is $500. They would really appreciate the support of such an important cause!
