Hands and Feet

What is that? As a precursor to the June 16-23, 2018 General Assembly, this initiative starts with the
July 6-8, 2017, BIG TENT event in St. Louis.

“If we, through new and existing mission and ministry programs, immerse ourselves in St. Louis over the next eighteen months, our General Assembly gathering will be a natural extension of our charge to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ in action, and not simply a meeting,” said the Reverend Dr. J. Herbert Nelson, II, Stated Clerk of the General Assembly.

Hands & Feet will be replicated in Baltimore, Maryland, for the 224th General Assembly (2020), and in Columbus, Ohio, for the 225th General Assembly (2022). There will be numerous volunteer opportunities identified and available.
