Scout Corner

"Honor Flight Network is a non-profit organization created solely to honor America’s veterans for all their sacrifices. We transport our heroes to Washington, D.C. to visit and reflect at their memorials. Top priority is given to the senior veterans – World War II survivors, along with those other veterans who may be terminally ill."

On Saturday, May 27, Memorial Day Weekend, our Boy Scout troop will have the distinct privilege to serve as honor guard at Lambert Airport, seeing off an Honor Flight departing for Washington. Please keep these, and all veterans, in your thoughts and prayers during this holiday weekend. Visit www.honorflight.org to learn more about the Honor Flight Network.
