Sweet Potato Casserole
(Servings 16-20)
4 1/2 c. sweet potatoes mashed
1 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 c milk
8 T butter, melted
Combine and pour into greased 9x13 casserole
Topping
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c flour
8 T butter, melted
1 c chopped pecans
Combine & sprinkle over mixture
350 for 45 minutes or until it doesn't jiggle.
